Ka-Leah Mucthison is a dedicated advocate for foster youth drawing from her own lived experiences as a former foster youth navigating homelessness and higher education.
A proud graduate of UC Irvine and UCLA, she is a community leader and committed to amplifying the voices often unheard. She uses her journey and her advocacy work to focus on building equitable opportunities, supportive networks, and pushing for policies that ensure every young person ages out of care with resources, respect, and the dignity they deserve.
