Help lift up #FosterYouthVoices and support NFYI’s mission to transform the child welfare system by participating in our first ever virtual 5K. To register to race, make a donation of any size and then run/walk/roll 5K in your community any time between October 8 and 10.

For Participants:

• Get registered to participate by making a donation of any size here.
• Invite others to sponsor your run. You can find suggested email, text, and social media language here.
• Announce your participation on social media. You can find suggested posts and graphics here.
• Print out your 5K bib, put your name on it, and wear it during your 5K.
• Anytime between October 8 and 10, do a 5K in your community. Feel free to run, walk, roll, or stroll. Take photos and video and post them on social media using #FosterYouth5K and be sure to tag @NFYInstitute. We’ll be sharing your moments!

For Sponsors:

• Know someone who’s participating in the virtual 5K? Sponsor them by making a donation here. Be sure to include their name before you finalize your contribution.

• Congratulate your participant between October 8 and 10th!
