Knowledge Grant

Knowledge Grant, originally from Miami and now living in Virginia, is deeply passionate about supporting transition-aged youth, housing, and family preservation. They have dedicated their time to school, work, and advocacy, believing that learning is a lifelong journey that fuels curiosity, empowers growth, and turns challenges into opportunities.

Through NFYI, Knowledge channels their passion into action, focusing on transition-aged youth, pregnant youth in care, the use of housing vouchers, and the need for sibling therapy. Beyond NFYI, they serve as co-chair of the Citrus Family Network Youth Advisory Council and Chair of the Advocacy Team with One Voice Impact.

Outside of advocacy, Knowledge enjoys working with trauma-impacted adolescents and lives by the words of Langston Hughes: “Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly.” Through the Congressional Leadership Academy, they hope to build strong networks, meaningful friendships, and lasting wisdom—applying these experiences to their work, councils, and everyday life to make a real impact on the people they meet.
