Yin Qiao Zhang is a Cognitive Science student at the University of Southern California, minoring in Psychology and Law. As a former foster youth and Youth Advisory Board member at the Children’s Law Center of California, Yin brings lived experience into policy advocacy focused on trauma-informed care and youth mental health reform. They have worked in education policy research, branding strategy, and community engagement, combining analytical rigor with creative activism. Yin is passionate about advancing equitable mental health systems through interdisciplinary research, law, and public policy.
