Lauren Roman is a waitress and publicist from the small town of San Pedro, CA. Lauren studied sociology and psychology at Long Beach City College, where she was a member of LBCC’s Foster Youth program. Despite her present passion for research, political advocacy has remained important to her since her involvement in the YMCA Youth and Government program. Her hobbies include gardening, fishing, surfing, yoga, and reading.
