Current and former foster youth are invited to join the National Foster Youth Institute’s 2023 Virtual Congressional Convening featuring special guests and members of Congress. This convening is a significant and impactful event that annually brings together key stakeholders, advocates, policymakers, and individuals with a vested interest in foster care and youth welfare issues. This virtual gathering fosters dialogue, collaboration, and advocacy to support foster youth nationwide. The primary goal of this convening is to address critical issues related to foster youth, foster care policies, and the challenges faced by young people in the foster care system.
