Theron is originally from the Bay Area but has lived most of his life in Oklahoma. He is the middle child in a family of six brothers. Due to a series of unfortunate events, Theron I spent the majority of his childhood in foster and group homes. 

Those experiences inspired him to advocate for youth with stories like his. That drive to advocate was his motivation for obtaining his M.A. in Social Work. Theron currently works as a therapist for at-risk youth, and as a freelance writer. 

Theron describes himself as vivacious, intelligent, and fun loving. His hobbies include gaming, weightlifting, kickboxing, reading comic books, and singing the entire discography of the band Paramore.
