Rebecca Rowley is a Guardian ad Litem for Kids Voice Indiana. Rebecca was born in Las Vegas, NV and raised in Ypsilanti, MI. She received her bachelor’s degree in Family Science from Western Michigan University in 2015. Throughout her career, Rebecca has had several years of experience working with foster youth and their families. In 2017, Rebecca started her career in child welfare investigating allegations of abuse and neglect for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). Rebecca strives to use her personal experience as a foster youth to promote real change surrounding the issues our foster youth face throughout the country.
