Keiniyah Walker represents Raleigh, NC. She serves as the community advocacy assistant for SaySo (Strong Able Youth Speaking Out). Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at North Carolina Central University, Keiniyah has actively engaged with various child welfare agencies such as CFACE, Capacity Building Center for States, and Foster Youth In Action. Keiniyah hopes to specialize in legal advocacy while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the child welfare system. During her free time, Keiniyah enjoys watching “Rick and Morty,” shopping and indulging in self-care activities.
The National Foster Youth Institute is a youth development organization that lifts up foster youth voices to transform the child welfare system.
