Hope Medina hails from Lancaster, CA. She currently works as a foster youth advisor at iFoster. Today she resides in Mansfield, OH. Hope has worked at numerous non-profit organizations, all connected to foster care. Some of those organizations are Project Joy, and Antelope Valley Partners of Health. A goal of hers is to create her own non-profit to better help the communities she lives in and makes life easier on those who were or are currently in foster care. Her hobbies include learning the guitar and hiking. Hope comes from a huge family of 11, including six brothers and four sisters who all aged out of foster care.
The National Foster Youth Institute is a youth development organization that lifts up foster youth voices to transform the child welfare system.
