Brinton Reed

Brinton Reed is a sustainability advocate and Master’s student in Sustainability at California State University, Northridge. He founded Sprout Seekers magazine and The Little Grower Box to spark curiosity in children and help them explore agriculture, science, and art while fostering a lifelong connection to the natural world.

As a College Access Fellow with the LA Promise Fund, Brinton mentors Los Angeles high-school seniors, guiding them through college applications and empowering them to lead in their communities. Drawing on congressional experience and a deep commitment to climate action, he works to advance policies that strengthen urban food systems, build climate resilience, and create opportunities for the next generation of changemakers.
