Pennsylvania Delegate

Elizabeth McFall

Elizabeth McFall is a passionate advocate, mental health professional, and aspiring Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) with a deep commitment to social justice, expressive arts therapy, and culturally sensitive counseling. Born and raised in a complex system that shaped her resilience, she is a product of the juvenile justice system and has firsthand experience navigating the challenges of foster care and systemic barriers.

Despite these challenges, Elizabeth pursued higher education with determination, earning an AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Tour University and a BA in Psychology. She is currently furthering her education in Clinical Psychology and Counseling while working as an ABA Counselor at Melmark, where she applies her knowledge to support individuals with behavioral needs. Her goal is to open a private practice that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with expressive arts and neuropsychotherapy, particularly for marginalized communities, immigrants, and refugees.

In addition to her academic and professional journey, Elizabeth is actively involved with New Yorkers for Children (NYFC), where she serves on the Youth Advisory Board. She has spoken at events advocating for the support of foster youth and believes in not just witnessing change but actively implementing it. NYFC has played a vital role in her life, providing financial, educational, and emotional support when she needed it most.

Beyond her work in mental health, Elizabeth is also a model, challenging industry beauty standards as a curvier woman who doesn’t fit the traditional mold. She understands firsthand how media and rap culture influence body image and is passionate about promoting body positivity and self-confidence.

Elizabeth is a proud Afro-Latina LGBTQ woman and a dedicated mother to her daughter, Nova McFall. She ensures Nova embraces her biracial identity, experiencing both her Black and Puerto Rican heritage. Nova, like her mother, has a love for the performing arts, travel, and creative expression.

When she isn’t working, studying, or advocating, Elizabeth enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time in water—her ultimate form of self-care. She believes in the power of storytelling, whether through books, therapy, or personal experiences and is committed to using her voice to uplift others.
