Charmet Findley is a Texas Native who works with youth and young adults as a Project Manager for Youth Homelessness and also as a mentor for youth exiting TJJD & DFPS services. In his spare-time, Charmet is also a consultant and community organizer, Charmet helps to advocate for and bring awareness to many challenges faced by youth in systems with the help of his past lived experience and professional background. His goal is to help create a better system in which challenges faced by youth and young adults should be solved by co-creating a more stable environment for them to thrive.
