2nd Annual Virtual 5K

Join NFYI supporters around the country in a weekend of movement and lifting up #FosterYouthVoices! This year’s virtual 5K will take place between October 7 and 9. To participate, make a donation of any size and then run/walk/roll five kilometers in your community during the weekend of October 7.

For Participants:

• Get registered to participate by making a donation of any size here.
• Participants who donate/raise $25+ will receive a medal. Participants who donate/raise $50+ will receive a t-shirt. And participants who give $100+ will receive a special swag bag.
• Invite others to sponsor your run. You can find suggested email, text, and social media language here.
• Announce your participation on social media. You can find suggested posts and graphics here.
• Print out your 5K bib, write your name on it, and wear it during your 5K.
• Anytime between October 7 and 9, do a 5K in your community. Feel free to run, walk, roll, or stroll. Take photos and video and post them on social media using #FosterYouth5K and be sure to tag @NFYInstitute. We’ll be sharing your moments!

• Congratulate your participant between October 7 and 9th!
